Dubai buyers expect a bilingual store and same-day delivery inside the city. Free zone and mainland sellers have different invoicing rules.
Dubai is a retail and hospitality city with buyers from everywhere. Two languages, high phone use, and very short delivery expectations.
Stores here are judged against same-day delivery and slick apps, because that is what people already use every day.
Shoppers expect Arabic and English, prices in dirhams, and the option to pay later. Leaving out buy-now-pay-later costs real sales on larger baskets.
Worth knowing in Dubai. Free zone and mainland companies invoice differently. Sort out which one you are before the store goes live, not after the first VAT return.
A store that works in one country often fails in another, and it usually fails in the same few places. Here is what we build for before anything else.
We do not have an office in Dubai. Standups happen in your hours, decisions get written down, and you get a preview link on day three.
Fixed-price builds for the websites businesses ask us for most — from a four-page static site to a fully custom Laravel store. Each package spells out what is included, links to live sites we have built at that level and demos you can click through, so you know exactly what you are paying for before work starts.

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST. Domain, hosting, paid themes, plugins and app subscriptions are billed at cost. Somewhere between two packages, or need something that is not listed? Ask for a quote — it usually takes one call.
No. We work from one office in Delhi and everything for Dubai runs remotely. You get at least four hours of overlap with your working day, standups in your hours, and a preview link from day three. We would rather say this plainly than list an address we do not sit in.
Cards lead, and buy-now-pay-later services like Tabby and Tamara are common enough that leaving them out costs you sales. Apple Pay use is high. VAT is 5%. Invoices need the TRN on them, and free zone sales follow different rules from mainland ones.
Aramex and Emirates Post cover most of it. Same-day inside the city is normal and buyers expect it. Cash on delivery is still asked for, mostly on first orders. It is worth offering with a limit rather than turning it off.
You need Arabic and English. Arabic is right to left, so the whole layout mirrors. That is a build decision, not a translation job.
Stores here are judged against same-day delivery and slick apps, because that is what people already use every day. Most recent work has been in luxury retail, real estate, hospitality.

With a paid first week. Two of us read what you already have, talk to whoever runs it day to day, and write down what the build has to do. You keep that document either way. After that we work in two-week blocks.
