H-6, Kailash Park, Basai Darapur, Bali Nagar, Delhi 110015
Our office is in Bali Nagar, West Delhi. Karol Bagh, Naraina and Kirti Nagar are a short drive away, so we can be at your desk the same morning. We already know how selling online works in India, so you are not paying us to learn it.
We work from H-6, Kailash Park, Basai Darapur, Bali Nagar, Delhi 110015. It is a real office with people in it during working hours, not just a registered address. It is the same one on our Google Business Profile. You are welcome to come and sit in it.
Being on the west side of the city matters more than it sounds. Karol Bagh, Naraina Industrial Area, Kirti Nagar and Rajouri Garden are a short drive. Gurugram and Noida take half a day, so we plan those. We do the first meetings and design reviews in person, because the early weeks go faster across a table. The rest stays remote so nobody loses a morning to the Ring Road.
West and central Delhi is wholesale and export country. The businesses that come to us are usually not startups. They are family trading firms in their second or third generation. Apparel and hosiery exporters around Gandhi Nagar. Handicraft and homeware houses that have sold through agents for decades. Industrial suppliers in Naraina and Okhla whose whole catalogue is a printed rate list.
The ask is almost never "build us a website". It is that a buyer in Europe wants to order without a long email chain. Or that one person knows all the pricing rules and nothing writes them down. That is a trade ordering problem and an internal tools problem. It just arrives looking like a website. This is the work we see most in Delhi.
A store built for an Indian buyer has to do things a foreign template does not. UPI is how most people pay. If your checkout hides it below cards, you lose orders. Cash on delivery is still a big share of sales. It needs a proper plan: return costs, which pin codes are covered, and a limit on order value. It is not a switch you turn on.
Card payments have to follow RBI rules, so you cannot store card numbers yourself. Saved cards work through network tokens instead. GST has to be right on the invoice, with e-invoicing once you cross the turnover limit, and the correct tax the moment you ship outside Delhi. Couriers here are Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket and Xpressbees, not the ones a foreign plugin expects. The site should check the pin code before someone reaches payment.
None of this is unusual. It is simply what has to work before a store can trade here. Knowing it up front is the difference between a six-week build and a six-week build followed by three months of fixes.
We talk to clients in a mix of Hindi and English. We write notes and documents in English, because that is what your next developer will read. If the store needs Hindi for customers, we build it properly: right fonts, right numerals, right sorting. Half-done Hindi reads worse to a Delhi buyer than no Hindi at all.
The first week is paid and fairly dull. We read whatever you already have, sit with the people who run the current process, and write down what the build has to do. You keep that document whether you continue with us or not.
After that we work in two-week blocks. You get a preview link from day three. Standups happen in your working hours and decisions get written down. For Delhi and NCR clients we come in for the start, the mid-point review and the launch. The rest is remote, which is faster for both of us.
09:30–18:30 IST, Monday to Friday
The same senior team on every engagement, whether the work is a storefront, an internal tool or a mobile app.
Storefronts that survive Black Friday.
Decoupled front ends on your existing backend.
Each step gives you something you own. Nothing is held back to make you pay for the next bit.
A paid week where we map the constraints, the existing systems and what success has to look like in numbers. You keep the output whether or not we continue.
A written technical plan with the trade-offs made explicit, a milestone schedule, and a fixed budget band for the first release.
Two-week increments, a preview URL from day three, and a Slack channel where your team can see the work rather than wait for a demo.
Load testing, runbooks and monitoring before go-live, then a support window while your team takes the wheel — or a retainer if you would rather we kept it.
Fixed-price builds for the websites businesses ask us for most — from a four-page static site to a fully custom Laravel store. Each package spells out what is included, links to live sites we have built at that level and demos you can click through, so you know exactly what you are paying for before work starts.

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST. Domain, hosting, paid themes, plugins and app subscriptions are billed at cost. Somewhere between two packages, or need something that is not listed? Ask for a quote — it usually takes one call.
A real one — H-6, Kailash Park, Basai Darapur, Bali Nagar, Delhi 110015, staffed during working hours, and the same address on our Google Business Profile. Come and visit; we would rather you did.
Yes, across Delhi and NCR. We plan on-site time for the kick-off, the mid-point review and the launch, and we will come in more often than that if the project genuinely needs it. Day-to-day work stays remote because it gets more done.
That is a large share of what comes through the door here — apparel and hosiery exporters, handicraft and homeware houses, and industrial suppliers moving off printed rate lists. The work is usually B2B ordering, customer-specific pricing and the internal tooling behind it rather than a consumer storefront.
Yes, and we treat them as first-class rather than as add-ons. UPI leads the checkout, COD is modelled with pin-code serviceability and RTO risk in mind, card flows follow RBI tokenisation rules, and GST is handled at invoice level with correct place-of-supply once you ship outside Delhi.
No. Being in Delhi means you get on-site time; being elsewhere in India or abroad means everything runs remotely with at least four hours of overlap with your working day. The build process is the same either way.
Hindi and English in conversation. Documentation is written in English so your next developer can read it. Hindi on a storefront is built as a proper locale, not a machine-translated layer.
Thirty minutes with a principal engineer — at our office in Bali Nagar, at yours, or on a call.
