Custom themes, Hydrogen storefronts, Shopify Functions, and app work for when the standard setup runs out.
Most people call a Shopify development company once they hit the platform's ceiling — bundling rules, custom discounts, B2B catalogues, checkout extensions.
Shopify gets you live fast and then quietly holds you back. Our work starts at that point. Bundles, custom discounts, trade catalogues, and checkout changes that work the same on every device.
We use Online Store 2.0 when your team needs to control the page. We use Hydrogen when you want a storefront nobody else has.
Scope is agreed line by line in the framing week. This is the menu it gets drawn from.
Typical stack
Each step gives you something you own. Nothing is held back to make you pay for the next bit.
A paid week where we map the constraints, the existing systems and what success has to look like in numbers. You keep the output whether or not we continue.
A written technical plan with the trade-offs made explicit, a milestone schedule, and a fixed budget band for the first release.
Two-week increments, a preview URL from day three, and a Slack channel where your team can see the work rather than wait for a demo.
Load testing, runbooks and monitoring before go-live, then a support window while your team takes the wheel — or a retainer if you would rather we kept it.
Projects rarely stay inside one service line. These are the ones that most often come along with it.
We build online stores that hold up when real traffic arrives. Fast product pages, a checkout that does not lose people, and a back office your team can actually use.

Fixed-price builds for the websites businesses ask us for most — from a four-page static site to a fully custom Laravel store. Each package spells out what is included, links to live sites we have built at that level and demos you can click through, so you know exactly what you are paying for before work starts.

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST. Domain, hosting, paid themes, plugins and app subscriptions are billed at cost. Somewhere between two packages, or need something that is not listed? Ask for a quote — it usually takes one call.
If yours is not covered, ask it directly — the reply comes from whoever would lead the work.
With a paid first week. Two of us read your existing code and talk to whoever runs the system every day. You get a written plan: how we would build it, what the trade-offs are, the milestones and a price range. The plan is yours either way.
The same people you meet in the first week. We work in teams of three to five, all senior, and we do not pass your project to another group after the pitch. We use Hydrogen, Remix, Liquid and the rest of the tools listed above every day. Nothing is subcontracted.
Most first releases take eight to sixteen weeks, depending on how much has to connect to other systems. We work in two-week blocks with a preview link from day three, so you can see real progress long before launch.
We add load testing, monitoring and written runbooks before you go live. After that you can take it in-house with a proper handover, which is what we plan for, or keep us on for support and further work.
Yes, from the first line. The work sits in your repository, under your account, on your servers. There is no Clownmind framework you have to keep paying for.
Thirty minutes, no deck, and a straight answer about whether we are the right studio for it.
